What you will be doing
– Responsible for delivering weekly, periodic reporting and summaries for Dotcom Marketing
Leadership team
– Answer Business Questions and generate clear recommendations
– Tracking various KPIs trend and movements
– Analyze Customer health – acquisition / retention / lapsing
– Review Segment performance – loyal customer behaviour, at risk customers, regional performance,
purchase behaviour of customers from different life stage, lifestyle…
– Marketing / campaign performance reviews
– Analyze initiative effectiveness and help leadership team take right decisions
– Analyze Capacity utilization, catchment area and channel performance
– Forecasting, setting up budgets and monitoring business performance against set targets
– Delivers Web analytics summaries with clear recommendations
