Software Development EngineerCandidate should possess B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech in computer science or related  fields

from a recognized university.
  
Strong on data structures and problem solving.
  
Solid experience in Java, C++, or C# (expert in at least one).
  
Experience in Perl, Ruby, or Python (exposure to at least one).
  
Solid UNIX or Linux experience.
  
Great understanding of database theory and solid experience in at least one relational DBMS.
  
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  
Obsession with quality and customer experience.
